I provide training and technical support to developers of resident-controlled housing (like co-ops and limited equity condominiums), and to the residents who end up living in those developments. There are about 120 such developments in Massachusetts, and I have provided support to more than half of them. I have worked with self-managed developments and professionally managed ones; 3 units to over 1000 units; urban, suburban and rural; all low-income and mixed-income.
