What I do It's important for you to find consultants who can do exactly what you need to be done. Following are the areas that I can help you with, and the ones that I can't. If I can't help you do what you need, I can probably refer you to someone who can. More than anything else, my job is to help you with your DATA. I will work with you to figure out your needs: What are you keeping track of? Who needs to see it? Are there legal or regulatory issues involved? Do you need to work with data on the web, or just in your office? Once we figure out what you need, I can help you set it up. Maybe there's an off-the-shelf product that can help you. If not, I can help you put together your data system. It might be a simple Access database, or it might be a multi-tier, multi-interface data network. I'll give you a quote and a timeframe, and then you can decide what's next. The tools I usually work with are Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic, Cold Fusion, and Quickbase.
